Chocolats Favoris Case Competition Pitch

Context

Throughout my time at university, I was very involved in business case competitions. This one won 2nd place at the 2025 edition of Jeux du commerce. Along with my team, we received a brief from Chocolats favoris, an ice crean and chocolate store in Quebec. Over 24 hours at the competition we worked to identify challenges and come up with creative solutions both to improve operational efficiency and increase client visits.

What I did

My primary role in the team was to build the pitch deck as well as create the narrative structure of the presentation and lead the narrative throughout the presentation to keep the engagement of the judging committee made up of executives from Chocolats favoris as well as professionals from other companies.

Outcome and what I learned

As a result of our efforts, creativity, and presentation skills, we finished second place and I was hand selected by one of the judges due to my exceptional presentation ability to attend a VIP networking event with the rest of the industry professionals at the event.

This case competition, as well as the many others I participated in throughout my academic career gave me hands on experience working to solve real issues at real companies, and present those solutions to the people in charge of making those decisions.
